Returns & Replacements

At Leathers by MR, every item is carefully prepared before shipping. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because of a change of mind or personal preference.

A return, replacement, or refund will only be considered if:

• The item arrives damaged during delivery.
• You receive the wrong product due to an error on our side.

To request assistance:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Include your order number along with clear photos showing the issue.
• Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Please Note

• Items that are not defective or incorrect cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We are not responsible for damage caused after the order has been delivered or from improper use.
• Products must not be intentionally altered or misused before submitting a claim.
